  Yes, absolutely! We are a café after all. Chairs will be available for those who prefer or need them.

• What should I bring?

  If sitting and lying on the floor – Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort.

  If using a chair – A small cushion or blanket may enhance your comfort.

• What will I be doing during the sound bath?

  Your primary role is to listen and receive. There's no need to 'do' anything – simply relax and allow yourself to be immersed in the experience.

• Do I need prior meditation experience?

  No prior experience is necessary. The event is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
